The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms looked like they needed a good dusting in a few places but were mostly very clean. However, they were a little beat up, and the shower needed a good bleach in the grout. On the plus side, our room was placed on the top floor of the hotel.

The location was perfect, especially for walking to the Old Market and attending events at the CHI Center. It was also great for the Greta Van Fleet concert and other venues downtown. Additionally, it was easy to get to and from the airport.

My sister-in-law and I had a fantastic time at this hotel for her bachelor party. The rooms were perfect, and the food was a welcome retreat. However, the ironing board was TERRIBLE. The service was incredibly friendly, whether in the room, lobby, or hallway, and the parking options were convenient. The location was perfect for our concert trip, right across the street from the CHI Health Center Omaha. On the downside, the dining experience at the convention center seemed a little overpriced. Despite that, the hotel is always wonderfully helpful.
